Medi-Pak works by contracting blood vessels reducing internal bleeding. This reduces swelling, while numbing pain and easing discomfort.
Cold Therapy: Store Medi-pak in freezer. Insert into cover. Place on affected area.
Heat Therapy: Place Medi-pak flat in microwave, set power on lowest setting. Heat for 2 minutes or place Medi-pak in a suitable vessel and pour boiling hot water on the pak and rest in hot water for 3 - 5 minutes to reach the required temperature.
