Flo CRS is a large volume nasal and sinus irrigation or wash that has been specifically formulated for severe sinus congestion (lasting more than 3 months in duration). Like Flo Sinus Care, Flo CRS is a non-medicated, preservative-free, isotonic irrigation solution for washing the nose and sinus cavities. Flo CRS is a Xylitol formulation that has a very low concentration of salts (sodium and potassium).

Insert tip of nozzle into one nostril.
Depress the touch button and hold it down for 2-3 seconds while inhaling gently through the nose.
Remove nozzle and gently blow the nose.
Repeat for the other nostril.
After use wash nozzle in soapy water.
Dose: This product can be used in adults and children over 6 years of age. Use up to 4 times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Flo Nozoil Nasal Oil 15mL
FLO Nozoil contains all three natural forms of Vitamin E (alpha, beta and gamma) and is available in two pack formats for your convenience (Spray or Drops). FLO Nozoil moisturises nasal tissues to prevent dryness and crusting. FLO Nozoil helps to shield damaged dry and crusty tissue from the drying effect of air and also helps to reduce the effects of inflammation which can occur in nasal tissue. FLO Nozoil does not evaporate quickly from the nasal tissues. Its moisturising effects can therefore last longer and this may help to relieve symptoms of dryness and crusting more effectively.

Adults and children over 12 years of age: insert 1 -2 squirts (or 1-2 drops) into each nostril two to three times daily as required . Children under 12 years of age: use one squirt (or one drop) of Nozoil twice daily or as required. Nozoil may be used as often as required.

First time use: Remove the protective cap and then depress pump firmly several times until the first spray is seen. With the head in an upright position insert the nozzle into one nostril and angle it slightly backwards. Depress the pump firmly to deliver the recommended dose to each nostril, then pinch nostrils together and tilt head to each side for 5 - 10 seconds. Release the nostrils and gently blow the nose if required. After use: Wipe the nozzle with a clean tissue and replace the protective cap.

First time use: Thoroughly wash the bottle, tube and cap with warm soapy water before use. Fill the bottle to the FILL line using lukewarm pre-boiled water. Cut or tear open one sachet of FLO Sinus Care powder. Using the guidelines, fold out sachet into a funnel shape and pour the entire contents into the FLO bottle. Screw the cap and tube firmly onto the bottle and shake until all powder has dissolved. The mixture is now ready to use. Standing next to a basin, bend as far forward as is comfortable and tilt the head down so that the chin is as close to the chest as is comfortable. While breathing through the mouth, apply the cap firmly up against one nasal passage and squeeze the bottle steadily and gently until solution drains from the opposite nasal passage. Continue until about half of the solution has been used. Repeat on other nostril with remaining solution. This product is packaged with a Consumer Information Leaflet to provide more detailed instructions and information. Always use as directed and see your healthcare professional if symptoms persist.
