1. Pull the brace up your right/left foot, toes first. The label should always be on the front.
2. Pull the brace up your ankle, position the inlays around and below your ankle joint.
3. Pull the brace further up your lower leg until the heel is within the marked heel area.

This fixation tape is a home first-aid essential. It can be relied upon to hold dressings, wound pads and compresses in place strongly and securely. There’s no need for scissors, simply hand-tear. This fixation tape is durable and latex-free.
By adapting the bandage stretch and number of wrap layers, the level of compression and firmness can be customised.
1. Ensure skin is clean and dry, keeping the injured area supported in the position it will be once bandaged.
2. Wrap the bandage around the injured area, ensuring that you overlap each layer by a half. If bandaging a joint i.e. knee or ankle, use a figure 8 bandaging technique.
3. Do not apply stretch or pressure on the last 10cm of application.
Ensure circulation is not impaired and bandage is not too tight. If it feels too tight, remove and re-apply.
To avoid circulation problems, do not apply tape too tightly. If the sprain or strain is severe, seek medical advice. Product contains latex and colophony which may cause an allergic reaction. Do not use directly onto skin if skin is sensitive to adhesive tape.
