KP24 Green + Comb 100ml

KP24 GREEN is a natural and powerful lotion that kills head lice and nits. It is composed of hemisqualane and beeswax, which work to dehydrate and suffocate head lice and their eggs. KP24 GREEN lotion does not contain neurotoxic insecticides, so there is no risk of resistance development. KP24 GREEN is tough on nits but kind on nature and kids.
KP24 GREEN is silicone-free and is easier to wash out compared to silicone-based head lice treatments.

1. APPLY the lotion to dry hair, completely saturating hair and scalp. Use a towel to cover eyes and exposed skin areas. Massage from the roots to the tips, paying particular attention to the area behind the ears and the hairline at the back of the head. Leave the lotion in the hair for 10 minutes (no longer). In the case of long hair, pin the hair up away from the skin after application.
2. WASH out by applying regular shampoo (or KP24 Preventive shampoo for optimal effect) to the hair and rinse thoroughly. Repeat if needed to fully rinse out the lotion.
3. COMB to remove lice and nits. Divide the hair into sections and comb one section at a time. Place the teeth of the comb as close as possible to the scalp and comb away from the scalp to the end of the hair. Use clips to pin back each section of combed hair. Clean the comb during use by wiping onto a tissue. Discard the tissue into a sealable bag. Discard the sealed bag. Check hair for the following 7 to 10 days. If lice or nits are present, repeat steps 1-3. Do not use a hair dryer.

KP24 Nit Bomb has proven that single use of this device provides efficacy against all active developmental stages of head lice including nits, with no requirement to repeating the treatment.

The most common way of getting head lice is to come into contact with somebody who already has the condition, thus re-infestation may occur, e.g. in nursery or at school. It is important to inspect hair carefully and regularly for lice, i.e. at least weekly.

KP24 Nit Bomb with removal comb is a multiple use medical device. Unlike other head lice products, thanks to its specific mode of action, it eliminates the possibility of head lice becoming resistant to the treatment.

Shake bottle well and apply the solution to dry hair. Ensure sufficient product is applied so that hair is thoroughly wet, including back of neck and behind the ears. Massage the solution well into the scalp. Be careful not to let the product enter the eyes or ears. As an added precaution, cover eyes with a towel when applying the product. For best results leave the solution on the hair for 10 minutes. Remove all tangles with a regular comb before using the enclosed metal lice comb to remove the dead head lice their eggs off the scalp and hair. Separate one-inch sections of the hair, place the comb teeth as close to the scalp as possible and tightly comb the hair at a 45 degree angle. Wipe the lice and nits completely from the comb with a tissue. Pass through the same section several times and repeat the procedure until the entire head is complete. Once completed, wash hair using an ordinary non conditioning shampoo. Conditioner is not necessary. It may be necessary to wash the hair a few times to completely remove the solution. Treating head lice is unavoidable but treating head lice on children with sensitive skin can be tricky. For this reason, KP24 Sensitive has been developed as the first water-based head lice treatment that is bad for nits but gentle on kids.

Read the leaflet carefully before treatment. Shake the bottle before every use.
1. ACTIVATE BOTTLE - Hold the bottle tightly in your hand and place your thumb on number 1. Push the cap forward. The cap is now positioned at an angle. The active liquid is now released. Shake thoroughly for 10 seconds.
Break off the tip of the cap. The product is now ready for use. Don't throw away the tip, you will need it to close the bottle afterwards.
2. APPLY LOTION Keep a towel around neck and shoulders throughout the treatment. Apply a generous amount of lotion on dry hair. The hair and scalp must be completely saturated. Massage the product thoroughly and pay hereby extra attention to the area behind the ears and back of the neck. Leave on the lotion for minimum 10 to maximum 15 minutes (no longer) and in the meantime comb the hair with a lice comb. If needed comb the hair first with a normal comb/brush to get rid of tangles.
3. SHAMPOO HAIR. Wash the hair with any regular shampoo. Wash and rinse well and comb the hair with a lice comb. Check the hair for the following 7 days. If you discover new lice during this period, repeat the treatment. Shake the bottle before every use. In most cases, a single treatment is sufficient.
